Job Description:
GUILDFORD ICE CREAM LTD dba Dairy Queen Guildford located at Surrey, BC requires Restaurant Manager for their Restaurant to join its team as soon as possible.
JOB DUTIES:
Management of the staff, planning, directing and assigning duties to them
Ensure that the restaurant is well-run and well-maintained.
Planning the budgets and approve expenditures.
Resolve any issues that may arise like customer complaints and escalations
Preparing documents like cost reports, sales and inventory
Determine staffing and training needs and Prepare schedules accordingly.
May have to negotiate with clients and suppliers for food and other supplies
Other duties as requested by management.
Follow Dairy Queens policy and procedures and adhere to company standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of Secondary School is required.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
LANGUAGE: English
JOB LOCATION: 9110 152nd Street Surrey, BC V3R 4E7
SALARY: $37.00 per hrs. for 30 TO 35 Hours per week and over time after 40 hr./week
