Shawnigan Jen’s Sushi & Teriyaki Inc dba Shawnigan Jen's Sushi & Teriyaki in Shawnigan Lake, BC is looking for an experienced, skilled, Full-Time Permanent Restaurant Manager.

Conditions
 Position: Restaurant Manager (Full-Time, Permanent position)
 Wage: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
 Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
 Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
 Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4 % gross salary
 Benefit: Gratuities, free meals are provided during shifts
 Position available: 1

Requirements
 Education: Completion of a college diploma
 Experience: 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
 Applicants from other provinces will also be considered
 Language: English

Job Duties
 Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
 Define type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
 Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff
 Hire staff and oversee staff training
 Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant, food, and beverage service.
 Establish staff schedules and monitor staff performance
 Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
 Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
