Job Duties:
?? Oversee day-to-day operations of a quick-serve restaurant and ensure consistent guest service standards.
?? Supervise, coach, and schedule staff to maintain efficient service during busy periods.
?? Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and basic operational reporting.
?? Monitor food, beverage, and supply inventory, and coordinate timely ordering and receiving.
?? Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
?? Support quick-serve food preparation and service when needed to keep line times on track.
? Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive, high-volume service environment.
?? Work with ownership to support labour control, cost management, and store performance goals.
?? Other duties as required to help the team
Job Requirements:
?Several years of restaurant experience and some supervisor or management experience, with quick-serve experience is required.
?? Previous experience in a quality quick-serve environment, including working shifts in a fast-paced service model.
?? Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
?? Solid understanding of customer service, food safety, and day-to-day restaurant operations.
?? Experience with cash handling, scheduling, inventory control, and basic administrative tasks.
?? Willing work mornings, evenings weekends and holidays
?? Ability to stay organized, solve problems quickly, and keep service moving under pressure.
?? Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
