Restaurant Manager Job

Abhay Enterprises Ltd dba A & W Restaurant at 11991 Steveston Hwy -Richmond, BC is hiring Restaurant manager for a full- time and permanent position. Duties would be to plan, organize and direct control and evaluate the operations of restaurant, determine type of service to be offered and implement operational procedures, Hire staff and oversee staff training, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, control inventory and monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiate arrangements with clients, coordinate with franchise for various promotional offers and corporation procedures, Participate in food and safety inspections. Minimum Education as completion of high school is required. Education related to hospitality management would be an asset. Language required is English. Minimum experience of 1-year or more as manager/supervisor in a restaurant is required. Salary would be $28.00/hr. Minimum work of 30 to 40Hrs/week will be given along with 2 days off per week.
