Restaurant Manager Job

Tim Hortons in Richmond, Delta and Surrey is looking to hire Permanent & Full-time Restaurant Manager. The person should have College level education along with relevant minimum 2-4 years of work experience and passion to succeed in food service industry.
Language Required: English
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Evaluate daily operations
· Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
· Monitor staff performance
· Plan and organize daily operations
· Recruit staff
· Train staff
· Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Conduct performance reviews
· Cost products and services
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
· Address customers' complaints or concerns
· Provide customer service
We pay competitive wages of $27.69 to $40.00 per hour. We offer excellent and career growth for the management positions within the organization.
