Mr. Chibap in Prince George, BC is looking for a Restaurant Manager to work with our team.
Title: Restaurant Manager
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Salary: CAD 38.00 per hour, At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation
Location: 1604 20th Avenue, Prince George, BC V2L 4B6
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or food and beverage service management is required
• 2–3 years of proven experience in hospitality or food and beverage service management is required
Main Duties:
• Managed daily operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria, or similar food and beverage service
• Defined services offered and implemented operational procedures
• Recruited, trained, and supervised staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
• Controlled inventory, monitored revenue, and adjusted procedures and pricing
• Resolved customer complaints while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Negotiated with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Coordinated catering services and special events for clients
