Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, oversee, manage, and assess a restaurant's operations.
• Prepare work schedule of staff and monitor their performance on the job.
• Determine the kind of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Resolve issues or complaints of the customers.
• Verify that health and safety laws are being observed.
• Hire employees and manage their training.
• Maintain inventory control, track income, and adjust policies and related expenses.
