Sunfire Pizzeria - Poco is hiring a full time, permanent Restaurant Manager for our Port Coquitlam, BC location.
POSITION DETAILS

Salary: $38.75 hourly for 40.00 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, full time
Shifts: Morning, Weekend

REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 to $500,000
Supervision: 5 to 10 people
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Set staff work schedules
- Train staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES
- Repetitive tasks
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Standing for extended periods
