Halibut Fish & Chips is a well-established and fast-growing quick-service restaurant specializing in high-quality seafood and traditional fish and chips. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and support the continued growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
2. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
3. Evaluate daily operations
4. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
5. Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
6. Monitor staff performance
7. Plan and organize daily operations
8. Recruit staff
9. Set staff work schedules
10. Supervise staff
11. Train staff
13. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
14. Cost products and services
15. Organize and maintain inventory
16. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
17. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
18. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
19. Address customers' complaints or concerns
20. Provide customer service
21. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
