Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Term of Employment: Permanent/ Full Time/ 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: $30.16 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week
Working Conditions: Job involves Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Shift, weekends, Overtime and holiday work.
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills: Plan and organize daily operations, Set staff work schedules, Train staff, Supervise staff, Provide customer service, Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Manage events, Evaluate daily operations
Supervise: 5-10 people
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure
