Momijian Japanese Cuisine Ltd. dba Momiji Japanese Cuisine in North Vancouver, BC is looking for a skilled and experienced Full-time Restaurant Manager.
Conditions
• Position: Restaurant Manager (Full-time, Permanent Position)
• Wage: $35/hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
• Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Vacation: 10 paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary
• Benefits: Gratuities and free meals are provided during shifts

Job Duties
• Manage and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff
• Plan, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of restaurant, food, and beverage service.
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
