Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain a high standard of food quality. You will work closely with the owner and kitchen team to create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all restaurant operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies, service standards, and business strategies to improve customer satisfaction and restaurant performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff while fostering a productive and high-performing workplace.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, payroll, labour costs, food costs, and operating expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Analyze sales reports, financial data, and operational performance indicators and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors regarding pricing, purchasing agreements, and inventory requirements to maximize cost efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing activities, and loss-prevention measures to ensure effective resource management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, employment legislation, and franchise policies.
• Develop and coordinate marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and community outreach activities to increase sales and strengthen brand presence.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for ownership and recommend business growth opportunities, cost-control measures, and operational improvements.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
