Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) Job

We’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations at Lamar Donair & Burgers. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, providing an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver top-notch service and food quality
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards of service and resolving any customer concerns
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to Lamar Donair & Burgers standards
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control within budget guidelines
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health and safety standards
• Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:
• Previous restaurant management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A passion for food and hospitality, with a focus on Middle Eastern cuisine being a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
