Job Requirements

Languages

Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management

Experience
2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit and train staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
