Job Description:
• Help manage daily restaurant operations;
• Planning staff schedules and assigning duties;
• Supervise staff during shifts and monitor performance;
• Train new employees on service, safety, and company procedures;
• Check inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies;
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues;
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation rules are followed;
• Support cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales checks;
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate food service;
• Help control costs and reduce waste;
• Assist owner with hiring and on boarding new staff;
• Implement service improvements and updated procedures;
• Ensure staff and follow company policies and standards.

Employment Requirements:
Languages : English.
Education : secondary education is required.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
