Tasks:
· Evaluate daily operations
· Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
· Monitor staff performance
· Plan and organize daily operations
· Set staff work schedules
· Supervise staff
· Train staff
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Conduct performance reviews
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
· Leading/instructing individuals
· Address customers' complaints or concerns
· Provide customer service
· Manage events
· Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and identify areas for improvement.
· Monitor and assess team performance to ensure tasks are being completed to standard, providing feedback and guidance when necessary.
· Organize and plan daily tasks and activities, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and goals are met on time.
· Manage the recruitment process by interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new teammates to fill vacant positions.
· Create and implement work schedules for team members, ensuring appropriate coverage and efficient use of labor resources.
· Oversee the daily activities of team members, ensuring they follow company policies and maintain a high level of productivity.
· Organize and deliver training sessions to ensure teammates are knowledgeable about their roles, company policies, and any new processes.
· Reconcile cash and finalize balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation
· Conduct performance reviews to assess teammates progress, provide constructive feedback, and set future development goals.
· Analyze and assess the costs associated with products and services.
· Oversee inventory management by ensuring stock levels are maintained, and products are properly stored, tracked, and rotated.
· Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all teammates and customers.
· Negotiate supplier agreements for food and other supplies
· Provide leadership and direction to the team by setting clear expectations, motivating team members, and resolving issues as they arise.
· Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience with the business.
Supervision: 5-10 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility
Experience and specialization: Electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Spreadsheet
Transportation/travel information: Own transportation
