Miss Saigon Vietnamese Noodle House is a well-established full-service restaurant in Edmonton specializing in authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the daily operations of the restaurant. The role ensures profitability, operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage budgets to maintain and improve restaurant profitability
Develop cost controls for food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies
Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure operational efficiency
Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant operations
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
Supervise more than 20 employees across service and kitchen departments
Implement operational procedures and service standards
Conduct performance reviews and staff scheduling
Ensure compliance with provincial liquor legislation and food safety regulations
Negotiate with suppliers for food and operational supplies
Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional planning

Qualifications:
College diploma in hospitality management, restaurant management, or business administration
OR equivalent experience
2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant management
Experience supervising a team of 20+ employees
ProServe certification
Safe Food Handling Certificate
Strong knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office
