Work hours: Monday-Sunday, 35 hours/week

Job duties
Oversee overall restaurant operations including staffing, sales, and profitability.
Develop staffing plans, hire employees, and manage workforce structure.
Set work schedules and control labour costs.
Manage budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve revenue.
Handle escalated customer complaints and service recovery decisions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and improve restaurant policies and operational procedures.
Drive marketing promotions and business growth initiatives.
Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is a must.
1–2 years of experience in restaurant management or senior supervisory roles is required
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and overall business operations is required.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
