Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-food franchise restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, supervise staff, and manage financial and operational performance.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to maintain a positive dining experience.
• Oversee employee scheduling, attendance, performance, and workplace conduct.
• Train team members on service standards, food preparation procedures, and safety practices.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records related to staffing, inventory, and sales.
• Promote teamwork and foster a productive work environment focused on service excellence.
• Review sales performance and implement strategies to achieve operational and financial targets
• Manage food and supply inventories to minimize shortages and reduce waste
• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities to drive business growth
• Ensure all restaurant areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition
This job is fast paced and busy. You will be supervising 20+ people and you are required to maintain the highest standards.

Job Requirements:
College Degree preferred
Post secondary required
Food Handler Certificate
WHIMIS
1-2 years restaurant experience
Worked in all aspects of a fast food restaurant from food prep to cook to manager
Standing for extended periods
Work under pressure in fast paced restaurant
Experience in leading a team
Must be organized and adaptable
Work week 30-40 hours per week - Permanent Full time
Post secondary required
