Restaurant Manager Job

- Plan, organize, oversee, manage, and assess the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria, or other food and beverage services.
- Decide on the types of services to provide and establish operational procedures.
- Hire staff and supervise their training.
- Schedule staff work shifts and track their performance.
- Manage inventory, monitor revenue, and adjust procedures and prices as needed.
- Address customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate supply agreements with food and other suppliers.
- Arrange catering services or facility use for events like banquets or receptions with clients.

Prior management experience in the restaurant industry
Bookkeeping
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work extended hours, on foot
Knowledge of various operational systems. Familiar with any of the following: Silverware, Push Operations, Today Card (XTM), SevenRooms, Open Table, etc
Excellent customer service skills
