We are looking for full-time Restaurant Manager!

Position: Restaurant Manager
Wage: $39.00 /hour
Duration of Employment Period: Permanent/Full-time (willing to work evening shifts and on weekends)
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation
Job Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain efficient workflow, and promptly resolve operational issues.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage employees.
- Monitor sales, labor and food costs, inventory, and waste.
- Manage financial performance through forecasting, expense planning, and corrective actions.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain a high level of service.
- Manage food and supply orders and negotiate arrangements with suppliers.
- Manage ordering, cash handling, and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to menus and service
Requirements:
- Completion of a high school
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a manager or supervisory role in the food service or related industry
- English
