Job Description:
LE COQ FRIT is hiring full-time, permanent Restaurant Manager.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Organize, control and evaluate the operations of a hall and kitchen or other food service.
- Plan and determine type of services to be offered and implement or plan operational procedures.
- Hire staff and responsible for staff training and monitor their performance.
- Manage staff work schedules.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues, analyze budget, and modify procedures and prices when necessary.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
You need to meet the following qualifications:
Completion of Secondary school is required.
2-3 years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience or College diploma related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
Language of work is English.
Your hourly wage will be $30-37.
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay
This is a full-time, permanent position.
