Restaurant Manager Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills, knowledge, and expertise as a dedicated Restaurant Assistant Manager. Come to join us.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and consistent service.
- Supervise staff, provide direction and support, and ensure assigned duties are completed.
- Set staff work schedules to meet business needs and control labour costs.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to maintain service standards.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe work environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory of food, supplies and equipment.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms accurately.
- Address customers' complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues.

Requirements:
- Completion of College/CEGEP
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the industry
- Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
