Powder Hounds Restaurant is hiring two Restaurant Managers for permanent, full-time positions in Sun Peaks, BC, V0E 5N0.
The wage is $36.00 to $39.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience, with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The positions start as soon as possible and require availability for morning, day, evening, night and weekend shifts. All work must be performed on site.
The Restaurant Managers will plan, organize and evaluate daily restaurant operations, analyze budgets to maintain and improve profitability, and monitor revenues and labour costs. Responsibilities include recruiting, training and supervising staff, preparing work schedules, monitoring staff performance, and organizing and maintaining inventory. The managers will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide customer service.
Applicants must be able to communicate in English and have a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, along with two years to less than three years of relevant experience. Benefits include gratuities and free parking.
