Restaurant Manager Job

Yakima Investment Enterprises Inc Dba Dairy Queen located at 817 Water Ave, Hope, BC requires Manager for their Restaurant to join its team as soon as possible.

JOB DUTIES:

Manage and monitor daily staff performance to ensure high standards of customer service, efficiency, and compliance with company policies

Prepare, assign, and manage staff work schedules, including shifts and duty rotations, to maintain adequate coverage and smooth operations

Recruit, train, and onboard new staff, providing guidance on job responsibilities, customer service, food safety, and workplace procedures

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed

Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to minimize waste and control costs

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for staff and customers

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain satisfaction and brand standards

Assist senior management in implementing company policies, promotional activities, and operational improvements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of Secondary School is required.
Completion of some university degree or college diploma in hospitality or related field.
OR

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

SALARY: $37.00 per hrs. for 32 to 35/week and over time after 40 hr./week
