Position: Restaurant Manager Employer: 3343574 Nova Scotia Limited. dba Young Pocha Korean BBQ Restaurant Work Location: 2F 5650 Spring Garden Road, Halifax, NS B3J 1H4 Business Address: Same as above Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Wage: $30.00 per hour Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4f gross pay for vacation remuneration. Language: English Vacant: 1
Job Duties:
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our restaurant.
-Set better service to be offered and implemented.
-Recruit staff, do interviews and manage staff training.
-Evaluate staff performance and set work schedule.
-Monitor sales, evaluate service and food quality and modify procedures and prices.
-Bargaining arrangements with necessary supplies for food and restaurant operation.
-Resolve customer complaints and enquiries.
Requirement:
Education: Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in this field, including supervisory experience, are required.
