At this time, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing business.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will perform the following duties:

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Manage events

Position Requirements:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the food sector, including supervisory experience
Excellent organizational, customer service and time management skills
Ability to excel working in a highly fast-paced environment; work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Terms & Conditions:
Permanent, full-time employment - 32 hours per week
Compensation: $37 per hour. An overtime rate of 1.5 times per hour will apply after 44 hours of work per week
