Buddy's Pizza is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead restaurant teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This leadership role includes supervising staff, maintaining food quality and cleanliness standards, monitoring labor and operational performance, supporting hiring and training, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Oversee front- and back-of-house operations
Lead, coach, and develop restaurant employees
Maintain food quality and customer service standards
Monitor labor, scheduling, and operational performance
Assist with hiring, training, and employee development
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance

Qualifications:

3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
