Job Description:
Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: 1510 George St., Enderby, BC V0E 1V0
Wage - $34.65/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay
Number of Positions- 1
Employment type – Permanent, full-time
Work Location: Rural area
Start date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary (or high) school is required
Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in same field.
Language: English

Job duties:
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies. Evaluate daily operations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget. Monitor revenues to determine labour cost. Monitor staff performance.
Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise and train staff. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Conduct performance reviews. Cost products and services. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Manage events
