Tasks:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service.
Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff, assign duties, and monitor employee performance.
Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of food, beverages, equipment, and other supplies.
Monitor restaurant sales, labour costs, operating expenses, and daily financial transactions.
Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations to maintain efficient workflow and timely service.
Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and workplace regulations.
