Job Description:
We need one (1) Restaurant Manager who can start immediately.
Wage:
$36.00 per hour for 30 - 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time

Education:
Secondary School Graduation Certificate
Experience:
2 – 3 years experience in a food-related industry with some at supervisory level
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our restaurant.
• Implement operational procedures.
• Hire staff, provide training, or arrange for training
• Work with supervisor(s) to set shifts and oversee staff activities
• Order inventory from designated suppliers.
• Take responsibility of the business performance of location
• Implement marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
• Resolve complaints from customers and staff.
• Ensure terms and conditions of Food Handling permit are being followed by staff.
• Organize catering for special events or orders.
• Analyze and plan company's sales level and profitability.
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week including staff control, food control and sales.
Ability to Supervise:
Staff in various areas of responsibility
Work Condition and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment; Repetitive tasks; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods
