Job Duties
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Oversee and evaluate staff performance.
• Schedule, coordinate, and evaluate daily operations
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Coordinate and oversee inventory management
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Deliver customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
