Restaurant manager Job

Ricky’s All Day Grill is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, coordinating staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.

Position: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Wage: $39.50 per hour

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Plan and organize daily operations
Set staff work schedules
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Address customers' complaints or concerns
