Sakura Sushi & Grill in Cochrane, AB is currently looking for a permanent, full time Restaurant manager.

Position: Restaurant Manager
Open Position: 1
Wages: CAD$28.00-36.00/hour (depending on skills and experiences)
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Description:
Plan and organize day to day operations of the restaurant
Determine types of services to be offered
Hire, train and instruct staff
Monitor the performance of staff and prepare work schedule
Handle customer complaints and concerns
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Research new suppliers and negotiate prices of food and other supplies
Participate in marketing plans and procedures
