Position: Restaurant Manager (Permanent/Full Time)

A&W is seeking for a Restaurant Manager on permanent basis to augment our staff. If you are experienced, self motivated team player with great leadership skills, come forward to join our team.
As a Restaurant Manager your job description would be as follows:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability
Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Client focus
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English
Salary: $ 36.60 hourly for 30-40 hours
Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory work experience
