Job Summary:
The Piper Arms Pub, a well-established fine dining restaurant known for exceptional service and quality cuisine, is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will supervise staff, manage restaurant activities, and maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff including servers and kitchen personnel.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Control operational costs and maintain financial records including sales and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract customers.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of a high school.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management practices.
