McCallum Sandwiches Ltd is looking for 1 full-time Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and profitable business performance.
• Oversee food preparation, service quality, inventory management, and compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff while preparing work schedules and ensuring effective team performance.
• Manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor food and supply costs to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor restaurant revenues, expenses, and budgets while implementing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including social media promotions, to increase customer engagement and business growth.
• Resolve customer complaints, maintain service standards, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
• Maintain operational records, ensure proper maintenance of restaurant facilities, and support the owner in achieving business objectives.
