Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Should be customer service oriented.
Essential Skills: Teamwork skills, good communication skills, multitasking, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding.
