Noodle Road, in Abbotsford BC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. We are looking for a motivated individual who can lead a team, maintain high standards, and contribute to the continued success of our restaurant.

Job duties:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain authenticity and quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining area.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Maximize profit goals versus budget and prior year.
• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen and service staff.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Order ingredients and supplies, focusing on authentic Asian ingredients (e.g., sauces, rice noodles, herbs).
• Monitor daily sales and cash flow.
• Set budgets and control costs (labor, food, utilities).
• Analyze profit and loss statements and make improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualification and Skills:
• Completion of high school
• At least 2 years of restaurant or food service experience including managerial role
• Ability to work with a team efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Can multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Good working knowledge of Asian cooking
