Wage rate: $36.75 per hour, for 37.5 hours per week.
Education: High School required
Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
Languages: English
Job Duties:
Plan,organize,directr,control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Essential Skills:
Working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, and continuous learning.
Working Condition: The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
