Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Specific Skills:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Manage cash handling, POS operations, and daily financial reporting
• Analyze labor and food costs to maintain profitability and meet sales targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly
