Conditions:
? Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)
? Status: Full-Time, Permanent position
? Wage: $36.60/hour
? Working hours: 30 hours per week, 5 days per week
? Ability to do shift work according to the work schedule
? Vacation: 4% of gross salary
? Number of Positions: 1

Requirements:
? Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality
or food and beverage service management
? Minimum 5 years or more of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
• Applicants from other provinces will also be considered
? Language: English is required

Job Duties:
• Manage work schedules of restaurant staff and organize and oversee the activities of staff
• Monitor and review the performance of restaurant staff
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the restaurant, food, and beverage service.
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff as necessary and oversee training of new staff
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices to optimize the restaurant operation
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Cater to off-site events as needed
