Conditions
• Position: Restaurant Manager (Full-Time, Permanent position)
• Wage: $36.75 per hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
• Working hours: 30 hours per week
• Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary
• Benefit: Free meals are provided

Requirements
• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: 3 years or more of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
• Applicants from other provinces will also be considered
• Language: English

Job Duties
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate kitchen operations for restaurant and food and beverage services
• Recruit and train kitchen staff, and monitor kitchen staff performance
• Monitor food preparation and cooking processes
• Arrange work schedules for kitchen staff
• Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, track revenue, and modify procedures and prices
• Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulation
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
