MISATO SUSHI AND KITCHEN LTD. dba Sushi Sai in Kelowna, BC, is looking for a full-time and permanent Restaurant Manager.
Conditions:
• Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)
• Full-time, Permanent position
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30 hours/week
• Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Vacation: 4% gross salary
• Positions Available: 1
Requirements:
• Education: Completion of high school
• Experience: more than 3 years of experience in a restaurant, including supervisory experience
• Language: English

Job Duties:
• Manage and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staffs
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant, food and beverage service.

• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
