Wage: $39.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross pay for vacation remuneration.

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant
- Determine the type of food and beverage services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices as required
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies (??? ??? ?? ??)
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety and food safety regulations are followed
Requirements:

• Education: Completion of a college or other post-secondary program in hospitality or food and beverage service management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2–3 years in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.
• Certification: Serving It Right required (licensed premises). FOODSAFE Level 1 required, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Assets: Experience with catering, banquets or private events; familiarity with Italian cuisine and wine service.
• Personal suitability: Organized, reliable, client-focused, effective interpersonal and team leadership skills, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
