Job Duties:
• Analyze and manage the restaurant’s budget to increase and sustain profitability
• Prepare detailed budgets covering food, ingredients, beverages, and kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Review and assess daily operations to ensure efficiency
• Adjust food preparation processes and menu pricing in line with budget goals
• Track revenue to control and optimize labour costs
• Evaluate employee performance regularly
• Organize and coordinate daily restaurant activities
• Hire and onboard new staff members
• Create and manage employee work schedules
• Oversee and direct staff during operations
• Provide training and ongoing development for employees
• Determine pricing for products and services
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns effectively
• Deliver high-quality customer service

Minimum Education: Completion of Diploma is required
Experience 1 year of experience is required in a related field
