• Oversee restaurant floor operations and service standards
• Lead servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers, and runners
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and team coaching
• Manage guest relations and service recovery
• Coordinate reservations and service flow
• Assist with scheduling and labor management
