Job requirements:-

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job duties:-
• Authorize and oversee the establishment of major departments and the appointment of senior leadership roles.
• Allocate financial, human and material resources to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
• Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions and departments.
• Define organizational goals and develop, approve or implement policies and programs to achieve them.
• Act as the organization’s representative, or appoint delegates, in negotiations and official engagements.
• Appoint middle managers, directors and executive personnel, delegate appropriate authority and foster effective working conditions.
