Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, Day, Morning, Night, Evening, Weekend, Shift

Wage: $90,000 annually, 40 hours per week

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Job Description/Tasks: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs; Authorize and organize the establishment of various departments and associated senior staff positions; Co-ordinate the work of departments; Establish objectives for the business and formulate or approve policies and programs; Represent the restaurant, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the business, in negotiations or other official functions; Select middle managers and delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions; Administer budget and implement marketing strategies; Monitor staff performance; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Food safety/handling skills; May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility
