Primary Responsibilities:
• Establish the organization's strategic direction, business objectives, and long-term growth plans for restaurant, catering, and hospitality operations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate corporate policies, operational standards, and business strategies to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Direct and evaluate the activities of restaurant managers and senior management personnel while overseeing organizational performance and achievement of business objectives.
• Develop and approve annual operating budgets, capital expenditures, revenue targets, and cost-control strategies, and monitor financial performance.
• Approve the planning and analyze financial, operational, and market reports to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic business initiatives.
• Lead business expansion, investment opportunities, and the development of new services and operational improvements.
• Delegate the team to negotiate and approve major contracts and agreements with suppliers, landlords, financial institutions, and other key business partners.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, food safety, liquor licensing, employment, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Represent the organization in negotiations and meetings with government agencies, financial institutions, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
• Report to the ownership on organizational performance and recommend strategic initiatives to support sustainable business growth.
